Nonprofit She Is The Music is working to upend this reality by increasing the number of women in music – from artists and songwriters to engineers, producers and industry professionals, as well as develop the next generation of women in the industry. In this conversation, we will discuss how to shift the pendulum toward greater female representation in the music industry and what resources are necessary to increase women's presence in front of and behind the mic.
