The World Economic Forum recently reported that it will take another 131 years to close the gender gap. We won’t wait. Equality is possible. Â
It starts with addressing the skills gap. As we’ve done at the largest conferences around the world, we will be a galvanizing force at the G20 to ensure women are a leading voice for the solutions to global challenges. The fact is, closing the gap is one of the biggest global opportunities of our time as it will lead to extraordinary economic and social development the likes of which our world hasn’t experienced.
